Andrew Castrodale

Andrew Castrodale currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Morrison Brothers Building Center, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew Castrodale worked in commercial real estate at New Branch Real Estate Advisors from 2020 to 2023 and founded Nautilus Materials from 2017 to 2020. Andrew Castrodale's military experience includes serving as an Unmanned Systems Requirements Officer with the US Navy from 2009 to 2017, where responsibilities included managing a budget exceeding $450 million and advising senior Navy leadership, and as a Submarine Division Officer aboard USS Springfield (SSN-761). Before joining the Navy, Andrew Castrodale was a Quality Control Manager at Johnson Concrete Company. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and a Nuclear Engineering degree from the Naval Postgraduate School.
