Gabriel Gati

Gabriel Gati has a strong background in risk management and legal counsel. Gabriel is currently the Head of Risk at H.R.L. Morrison & Co, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Risk and Compliance at the same company from April 2021 to December 2022. Before joining H.R.L. Morrison & Co, Gabriel worked as a Legal Counsel at the company from May 2018 to April 2020. Gabriel also has experience as the Head of Enterprise Risk at NZ Super Fund from November 2015 to April 2018. Earlier in their career, Gabriel worked as an Executive Director at IFM Investors from April 2008 to October 2015 and as a Senior Solicitor at Chapman Tripp from March 2007 to March 2008. Gabriel also held roles as a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills from February 2004 to March 2007 and as a Senior Solicitor at Russell McVeagh from January 2000 to December 2003.

Gabriel Gati completed their Bachelor's Degree in Law from The University of Auckland, from the years 1997 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Applied Finance from FINSIA/Kaplan, from 2005 to 2013.
