Kenneth Kohler

Kenneth Kohler is a seasoned corporate and securities lawyer with extensive experience in real estate and mortgage finance, structured finance, and financial institutions. Since August 2007, Kenneth has served as Senior Of Counsel at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Prior to this role, Kenneth was a Partner at Mayer Brown from February 1993 to August 2007 and at McKenna & Fitting from January 1986 to February 1993. Kenneth holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Yale Law School, earned between 1977 and 1980, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Economy of Natural Resources from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in 1977.
