Austin T. Powell

Austin has practiced in the area of workers’ compensation defense for over twenty-seven years. He represents insurers and self-insurers in defense of claims at the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents. He has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation at the Department including the conduct of hearings before administrative judges, practice before the DIA Review Board and the representation of insurers with regard to Second Injury Fund reimbursement claims.
