Robin is a partner in the New York office of Morrison Mahoney. She represents some of the nation's largest insurers in civil RICO and fraud actions brought against individual and corporate healthcare providers and laypersons alleging fraudulent incorporation of medical practices, illegal corporate practice of medicine, medical billing fraud, illegal self-referrals, and unlawful kickback arrangements. These lawsuits have been successful in the recoupment of substantial restitution and the waiver of unpaid claims on behalf of our clients.
