Christian Ochoa

Christian Ochoa has over five years of experience in the field of information technology. Christian currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Morrow, where they collaborate with executives to develop and implement technology strategies in line with the company's business objectives. Previously, they worked as an Information Systems Manager, overseeing the effectiveness and efficiency of technology systems, and as a Systems Analyst, providing technical support and recommending technology solutions. Before joining Morrow, they worked for the State of Oregon as a Business Analyst II, conducting IT project analyses and leading user acceptance testing efforts. Christian also gained valuable experience as a System Analyst Intern at Samaritan Health Services, where they performed data analytics, implemented new software solutions, and collaborated with other IT teams. Christian started their career as an Information Technology Intern at FamilyCare Health, where they researched and evaluated cloud service providers and improved document management processes.

Christian Ochoa has a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems, General, which they obtained from Western Oregon University between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in General Science in Applied Economics and Business at the University of Oregon, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Christian Ochoa has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. These certifications include Foundations of Cybersecurity from Coursera, which they obtained in May 2023, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in May 2022, and Agile Project Management from Oregon State University, obtained in March 2021.
