Joyce Miller

Joyce Miller is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Morrow since January 2020, Joyce has played a pivotal role in managing HRIS and leading cross-departmental projects to enhance HR processes. Prior to this, Joyce was the HR Manager at Columbia Helicopters, Inc. from October 2011 to January 2020, where responsibilities included the ownership of various HR technologies and improving organizational effectiveness. Joyce also held the position of HR/Administrative Manager at Fujifilm / ColorCentric Corporation from October 2001 to September 2011, where significant improvements were made in leave management processes and overall operational efficiency. Joyce holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
