Matt Jervis

Matt Jervis has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Matt is currently serving as a Principal Firmware Engineer at Morse Micro since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Virscient as a Technical Fellow from February 2019 to December 2020. Before joining Virscient, they held the position of VP Engineering at UbiquiOS Technology Limited from August 2014 to February 2019. From January 2012 to January 2017, they also worked as VP Engineering at Virscient. Additionally, Matt Jervis has experience as a Research Officer at the University of Waikato from an unknown starting date to 2012.

Matt Jervis obtained their Bachelor of Computing and Mathematical Sciences with Honours - BCMS(Hons.) degree in Computer Science from The University of Waikato. Matt completed this degree from 2002 to 2005. Later, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science with a specialization in Human Computer Interaction/Tangible User Interfaces from the same institution. Matt received their PhD from The University of Waikato in 2011.
