Peter Noel Kelly

Peter Noel Kelly has extensive work experience in program management and acquisition in various sectors. Peter Noel is currently employed as a Program Manager at MORSE Corp since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Tapestry Solutions from January 2018 to March 2022 in the same role. From October 2008 to January 2018, they founded and operated Noelleon Solutions LLC, where they served as a Lead and Program Manager for the Joint Precision Airdrop System, coordinating software delivery for the Department of Defense (DoD) and NATO. Prior to that, Mr. Kelly worked at AT&T Government Solutions as an Acquisition Specialist from October 2002 to August 2006. Additionally, they have served in various roles within the United States Air Force, including Captain and Chief of Business Operations for the Defense Satellite Communications System from June 1999 to August 2002, Captain from September 1996 to June 1999, and Lieutenant from August 1995 to July 1996.

Peter Noel Kelly started their education at the United States Air Force Academy, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from 1991 to 1995. After a brief break, they attended the Harvard Extension School from 1996 to 1997 to focus on creative writing. In 1998 and 1999, they enrolled at UMass Boston to enhance their problem-solving and technical writing skills. Finally, in 2006 and 2007, Peter attended Portland State University, where they pursued studies in Creative Writing and Literature. It is not indicated whether they completed a degree at Portland State University.
