Sam Reilly

Sam Reilly is a Senior Design Engineer at Morson Projects, focusing on structural design and mechanical integration for the Leonardo Rotary Wing Uncrewed Air System technology demonstrator project 'Proteus' for the British Armed Forces. Previous experience includes roles at GKN Aerospace, where responsibilities spanned from design support for various aircraft components to leading the Hydrogen Fuel System & Storage technology programme. Sam has also contributed to aerospace initiatives like the FlyZero project, aimed at achieving zero-carbon emission commercial aviation, while holding roles in manufacturing design at Rolls-Royce and mechanical design at DDC Electronics Limited. Educational qualifications include a BEng in Mechanical Design and a Higher National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
