Kristy Roberts

Kristy Roberts, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and business management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Mortgage Center since November 2019, Kristy previously held roles as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Solutions Manager and Team Lead at Ultimate Staffing Services from June 2011 to October 2019, where responsibilities included sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions. Additionally, Kristy was a District Manager at Vector Marketing from April 2009 to September 2010, managing all aspects of an independent contracting business including recruitment, training, budgeting, and marketing. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Wayne State University, earned between 2001 and 2007.
