Steph Tinney

Steph is a senior solicitor in the Housebuilders team in the Real Estate division in Glasgow.

After more than two years working in the Housebuilding team, Steph qualified as a solicitor in the team in 2020. Steph has advised a number of the country's leading residential developers in matters relating to land acquisition (both short term contracts and Option Agreements) and setting up sites for residential development. She also has experience in energy and utility work and residential conveyancing (including selling houses for a number of their clients).
