Renee Pulliam

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Ms. Pulliam was employed at Matrix Residential, a Pollack Shores Company, as a Regional Director. She provided oversight for 11 communities in Virginia, with an emphasis on new construction lease-ups and stabilized assets. Previously she held similar positions with S.L Nusbaum Realty Co. and Community Housing Partners, as well as an executive leadership role with Waverton Associates.

Renee Pulliam has joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer to focus on operational improvements and efficiencies within the Residential Property Services Group. Ms. Pulliam has over 20 years of multi-family operating experience, including conventional and affordable housing. She has successfully led lease-up efforts of over 4000 units throughout her career. In addition, she has been instrumental in implementing strategic projects such as innovative property marketing, resident renewal programs, and revenue management software. Ms. Pulliam is also approved by the Virginia Real Estate Board to provide Fair Housing certification training for licensed real estate agents and non-licensed individuals involved in property management transactions.
