Jason Gelb has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jason started their career at Allstate as a Sales Representative/Associate Agent, where they gained experience in soliciting, selling, and servicing clients. Jason then transitioned to Hub Group as an Intermodal Coordinator, handling accounts for major customers such as Kraft and Panasonic. After that, they joined Matson, Inc. as a Logistics Team Lead, overseeing intermodal service for Whirlpool and being recognized as Supplier of the Year. Jason later joined Caldwell Banker Residential as a Realtor, before joining Morton Salt. At Morton Salt, they held multiple roles, including Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Team Lead, Execution Team Lead/Supply Planner, Distributor Account Executive, General Manufacturing Sales Manager, National Account Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Customer Supply Chain, responsible for leading a team and managing a business that generates over $2 billion in revenue. Through their various roles, they have demonstrated leadership, sales, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to drive sales growth and negotiate contracts.
Jason Gelb earned their Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Northern Illinois University from 1995 to 1999.
