Michael Lawless has extensive experience in the culinary and restaurant industry, holding significant leadership roles that span over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Mo's Restaurants from October 2019 to June 2024, Michael previously worked as Director of Operations at Velvet Taco from August 2017 to August 2019. Prior experience includes a tenure as District Manager at Kona Grill from June 2007 to July 2017 and General Manager at Hillstone Restaurant Group from 1990 to 2007.
