📍 Location: This role is primarily onsite in Boston, MA near South Station

Position Overview: As a Lead Consultant, you will develop innovative deliverables to address our clients' workforce consulting needs. Collaborating with subject matter experts and development professionals, you’ll create content, learning objectives, assessments, and interactive elements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop performance support materials, training solutions, and job aids.

  • Collaborate with analysts on curriculum revisions and content updates.

  • Facilitate client meetings and working sessions.

  • Ensure consistent quality deliverables.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Training Expertise: Advanced skills in training design, development, and delivery, with a track record of creating and presenting a range of training and documentation materials.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with both small- and large-scale project teams, including effective client relationship management.

  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for adapting to changing priorities, managing multiple tasks, and making informed decisions based on data and goals.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong oral and written communication, leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence and guide teams and clients across various organizational levels.

Work Environment: Collaborate with a diverse team internally and build trustworthy relationships with clients and stakeholders externally. The role will require travel depending on client/project needs.

The compensation range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making hiring and compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to candidate skill set, consulting experience, training and education, competencies, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Mosaic strives to set salaries at, or near the 50th percentile (midpoint) of the range and it is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range for the position. A reasonable estimate for this position is $90,000.00 to $125,000.00. This position is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program of up to 6% of annual compensation. The bonus program is dependent on a variety of factors including organizational and individual performance.
