Ryan Schaffer

Ryan Schaffer is an experienced instructional designer and lead consultant with a strong background in developing innovative training solutions for various organizations. Since November 2015, Ryan has been with Mosaic, collaborating with large midstream and utility clients to create web-based training (WBT), instructor-led training (ILT), and performance assessments. Previous roles include consulting at Enbridge, where Ryan utilized the ADDIE method for the Environmental, Health, and Safety Department, and education development at BMC Software, where Ryan designed customer-facing courseware. An educational technology specialist at NASA, Ryan coordinated high-profile STEM events for thousands of students and developed effective learning solutions. Ryan's career also includes roles focused on distance learning technology and instructional design across different educational and corporate settings. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University.
