Sally Sim

Sally Sim has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Sally is currently working as the Deputy Finance Director at the Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore) since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director- Asia at Asian Professional Consultancy starting from February 2019. Sally also served as the Group Financial Controller at BECIS - Commercial Industrial Solutions from June 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining BECIS, they worked as the Head of Asia at GOSG Group from April 2020 to June 2021. Sally has also held the role of Vice President Finance- Asia Pacific at Inchcape Shipping Services from February 2017 to January 2019. Sally'searlier experience includes a long tenure at Hanjin Shipping, where they served as the Regional Deputy General Manager- Regional Accounts/ Finance/ Tax (Southeast & West Asia RHQ) from June 1993 to January 2017.

Sally Sim has a diverse education history. In 2012-2013, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) at Singapore Management University. In 2019, they completed various certification programs at Singapore Management University in areas such as Certified Analytical Professional (CAP), Blended Marketing in the Digital Age, and Personal Branding. Sally also obtained a WSQ Advance Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) in Training and Adult Education from Singapore University of Social Sciences. In 2020, Sally earned a Certificate from Singapore Management University for the SMU CPA Australia Games Changer Series & ACCA Strategic and Innovative Series. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained a Certificate in Data Analytics using Power BI and Advanced Power BI from Singapore Management University and an ICDL Certified-Professional Certificate in Data Analytics, Advanced Excel, and Advanced PowerPoint. Additionally, they pursued a Business Analytics Specialization from the University of Pennsylvania. Sally is a Fellow of ACCA (FCCA) and holds a Chartered Accountant Singapore (CA SIN) designation from ISCA (Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants).
