Paul McCarthy

Paul McCarthy is a seasoned consultant with a diverse background in technology management and project leadership. Since July 2017, Paul has been consulting for Mosaic FSI, currently overseeing technology components at Link Market Services during a multi-year business acquisition. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Aon Hewitt Technology for Asia Pacific, where Paul led technology initiatives for over 1,000 users across 13 countries. Earlier roles include managing technology for Aon Hewitt in the Pacific region and serving as GM of Information Technology at SuperLife. Paul also held leadership positions at Fisher and Paykel Finance, managing teams of Business Analysts and overseeing core lending application enhancements. Paul's academic qualifications include a PMP certification and dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Management Science and Information Systems from The University of Auckland.
