Marina Laban

Marina Laban is an experienced professional in People Operations and HR management, currently serving as the Director of People Operations & Compensation at Mosaic Group since November 2020, where responsibilities include supervising global HR tasks and tracking team objectives. Prior to this role, Marina held the position of Senior Manager, HR Operations & Total Rewards, focusing on People Ops projects and HR data reporting. Marina has a strong background in HR administration, having worked as a Legal Counsel and HR Administration Specialist at Intetics from August 2016 to August 2020, and as a Lead Specialist at the Main Statistical Office of Minsk from July 2014 to July 2016, where consultation on labor regulations was provided. Marina holds a degree from the Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus, completed from 2009 to 2014.
