Natalie Sheils

Natalie Sheils has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Natalie currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Mosaic Group, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of People and Culture at Mosaic Group from January 2019 to December 2021.

Natalie has also held various leadership roles at other organizations. Natalie was the Non-Executive Director at Women's Business Club starting in May 2023. Before that, they worked at Transfast, a Mastercard Company, where they served as the Global Director (Head) of Human Resources for North America, EMEA, and APAC from July 2017 to January 2019.

Prior to their time at Transfast, Natalie was the Head of Human Resources for Western Europe, UK, and Ireland at Quandoo from May 2015 to December 2016. Natalie also worked as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Wolseley from January 2013 to May 2015 and as a Regional HR Consultant at AA Consulting & Associates from January 2009 to September 2012.

Natalie Sheils has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Birmingham. Natalie also holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Johannesburg. The duration of their studies and any additional education history is unknown.
