Olga Poddubnaya

Olga Poddubnaya is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Mosaic Group since June 2021. With a diverse background, Olga has held various roles, including Trainer and Facilitator of Learning at SALTO EECA since May 2010, and Head of Soft Skills Development Unit at EPAM Systems from January 2018 to June 2021. Additional experience includes positions as Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Forum Syd, Project Coordinator for the Youth in Action Programme, and Project Manager at the NGO Youth Education Centre "Fialta." Olga also contributed to youth programmes as Coordinator at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) from 2008 to 2009. Olga holds a degree from Belarusian State University, completed between 2002 and 2007.
