Kanstantsin Pachkouski has five years of work experience in the field of robotics and computer vision. In 2017, they worked as an Engineer at Nonlinear Adaptive Control Systems for ITMO University, where they developed image processing algorithms of the UAV in simulation for the intrusion and forest fire detection. In 2019, they worked as a Robotic Systems Engineer for ICOL Group, where they developed algorithms for the fully automated footwear factory, specifically tasks of computer vision for the leather detection and 3D pose estimation. In 2020, they worked as a Robotics Engineer for Canadian Surgical Technologies and Advanced Robotics, where they contributed to new technology development for the next generation robotic surgery platforms and participated in the implementation and integration of new ML and CV algorithms. In 2021, they worked as a Computer Vision Engineer for Mosaic Manufacturing and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Western University, where they held meetings and office hours with students, explained them fundamentals of programming with Java, and marked quizzes, assignments and exams.
Kanstantsin Pachkouski completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics and Robotics from ITMO University between 2015 and 2019. In 2017, they were a foreign exchange student at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, studying Robotics. Kanstantsin is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering Science in Robotics at Western University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
