Marty McLaughlin is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background in consulting and strategic marketing across various industries. Currently serving as Founder and Managing Partner of Mosaic Partners since January 2024, Marty focuses on creating value and developing sustainable advantages for clients. Previously, as Chief Marketing Officer at Affiliated Distributors from April 2021 to December 2023, Marty collaborated with members and boards to enhance value-added programs. Before that, Marty was Managing Partner at Mosaic Partners LLC for over two decades, emphasizing market perspective impacts on growth opportunities. Earlier experience includes managing strategy and marketing consulting services at Omnient and a 15-year tenure at Arthur Andersen as a Management Consultant. Marty holds a BA and an MBA in Marketing Management from Widener University.
