Sapna Patel is a seasoned pharmacist and healthcare leader with over 25 years of experience in various roles within the pharmacy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Services at Mosaic Pharmacy Service since February 2019, Sapna manages the development and delivery of clinical services for patients in home and long-term care settings, focusing on medication management for Medicare members. Prior to this role, Sapna held leadership positions at Advanced Patient Care Corp and Progress Pharmacy, where responsibilities included care coordination, staff management, and operational improvements. With a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Sapna has previously worked as a staff pharmacist and floater pharmacist, showcasing a strong commitment to patient care and operational excellence throughout a diverse career.
