Carla Hawkins has a work experience that spans over a decade. Carla started their career at Deutsche Bank in 2008 as a Graduate Analyst, where they gained experience in eCommerce Cross Product Client Services and as a Business Analyst for a change management project within Middle Office. Carla then transitioned to the role of Client Service Analyst before becoming a Business Analyst in 2011. Carla joined Mosaic Smart Data in 2019 as part of the Client Services team.

Carla Hawkins obtained their BSc (Hons) degree in Natural Sciences, with a focus on Computer Science, Geography, and Economics, from Durham University. Carla attended Durham University from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their degree, Carla Hawkins has obtained several certifications. Carla obtained the Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, in June 2019. Carla also obtained three certifications from Sales Impact Academy: "Crafting Ideal Prospect Personas" in March 2021, "Customer Success Fundamentals" in March 2021, and "Lead, Coach, Win!" in January 2021.
