With a background that includes senior executive roles at Western Development Properties, Golden Rule Advisors, and Montecito, along with experience at Centex Homes, PulteGroup, and Meritage Homes, Dennis combines deep industry knowledge with a robust educational foundation in engineering and architectural disciplines from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and the University of the Fraser Valley.
