Patrick Costigan

Patrick Costigan currently serves as the Executive Director at Mosaic of Northern Iowa, a position held since March 2019. Previously, Costigan was the Executive Operations Director at Hills & Dales from January 2017 to March 2019 and spent over 14 years at REM Iowa and The MENTOR Network as Regional Director, managing operations for Home and Community Based Services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, brain injuries, and mental illness. Patrick Costigan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lewis University, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
