Jason Kroh

Jason Kroh currently serves as Sr. Manager IT at Mosaicx since March 2022, following a significant tenure at Intrado as a Service Delivery Systems Engineer from January 2010 to August 2022, where responsibilities included client transitions to IT Operations and maintenance of documentation for 24/7 support. Prior to Intrado, Jason held various roles at West Corporation from July 1994 to December 2009, including Director of Information Systems, managing development teams and ensuring program quality, and Manager of Applications Development, focusing on staff leadership and technical issue resolution. Jason began their career at West Corporation as a Systems Analyst/Systems Engineer and Application Programmer/Analyst. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from North Dakota State University, earned between 1989 and 1994.
