Swayangsiddha Dash

Swayangsiddha Dash is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at MosChip® since June 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Talent Acquisition Lead at Connectpro Management Consultants Private Limited from February 2019 to March 2024, and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Samsung Electronics from March 2022 to December 2023. Swayangsiddha also gained experience as a Human Resources Trainee at ACC Limited in 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration specializing in Marketing and HR from Gandhi Institute for Technological Advancement, completed between 2017 and 2019, and a Bachelor of Business Administration obtained from Royal School of Management & Technology from 2015 to 2017. Swayangsiddha's foundational education was completed at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2004 to 2014.
