Jeffrey Brelsford began their career in 1995 as a Nuclear Electronics Technician with the US Navy. In 2000, they became an Officer with the US Navy, serving as Operations Officer and Chief Engineer on the USS Heron, and later as Public Works Officer at Camp Lemonier in Djibouti, Africa. In 2005, they began working for BP in various engineering, supply chain, and customer service roles. In 2011, they became a Graduate Research Assistant at ODU Virginia Modeling, Analysis & Simulation Center (VMASC), and also co-founded MOSIMTEC, LLC, a Modeling and Simulation software and services business.
Jeffrey Brelsford obtained their BS in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2000. Jeffrey then went on to get their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in 2009. Finally, they completed their MS in Modeling & Simulation from Old Dominion University in 2012.
