Allen Yao

Allen Yao is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in venture capital and growth equity. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Lawnstack and engaged in growth equity at HOF Capital, which manages $1.4B in assets, Allen has also founded Moso Capital, an experiential venture program. Previous roles include positions in investment banking at Bank of America focusing on real estate and gaming, strategy and go-to-market efforts at Piere in consumer fintech, and private equity at Growth Catalyst Partners. Allen's early career includes founding Verbum Media and investing in climate-focused ventures while at The Wharton School. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a high school diploma from Fairfield Ludlowe High School.
