Matt Gilbert

Matt has practiced public accounting since 2007. He provides tax consulting and compliance services to both public and privately held companies.

Matt’s experience includes assistance with financial statement reporting of income taxes (ASC 740), accounting method changes, multistate taxation, assistance with implementation of internal controls, and representation of companies under examination by the IRS and state taxing authorities.
