Rafael Pacheco

Rafael Pacheco has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rafael started their career as a Night Auditor at Clevelander Hotel, where they were responsible for overseeing security, reception, and housekeeping. Rafael then transitioned to the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort as a Guest Experience Leader, where they addressed guest issues and trained new team members. Following this, they joined Wix as a Customer Care POC & Advanced Troubleshooting Expert, providing technical support and resolving network issues. Rafael also held the role of Premium & Policy Supervisor at Wix, where they ensured policy compliance and improved operational efficiency. Currently, Rafael works as a Customer Finance Specialist at Mosyle.

Rafael Pacheco attended Miami Dade College from 2020 to 2021, earning an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Game Development and Design.
