Michael Woodhead

Michael Woodhead is a Capabilities Owner at Motability Operations Ltd, where Michael is responsible for defining and delivering a new CRM system. Michael also serves as a Product Owner, delivering enhancements to the Customer Website. In addition, Michael has experience as a Web Developer for the Commercial division of the business, and as a Communications Coordinator, handling internal communications. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Customer Services Agent at Card Protection Plan, where Michael focused on customer retention and sales. Michael has a BA in Graphic Media Design from the University of the Arts London and a Foundation Degree in Art and Design from Leeds Arts University.
