Manali Khatri

Manali Khatri has a solid background in food science and technology, with extensive experience in corporate quality assurance. Currently serving as Senior Executive in Corporate Quality Assurance at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd. since June 2018, Manali has contributed to quality management processes after previously holding the position of Executive in the same department. Prior experience includes a role as a Research and Development Intern at Jhanil Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. in 2017-2018 and research experience at Guru Nanak Dev University. Manali holds a Master of Technology in Food Science and Technology from the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, as well as a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Technology from Guru Nanak Dev University and Delhi University respectively.
