Aishling Martins

Aishling Martins, CPA, CMA, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and operational finance. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee since February 2023, Aishling previously held the position of Head of Finance in Canada at Hillrom from January 2020 to December 2022. Aishling's career also includes significant roles at TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P., where responsibilities spanned from Operational Finance Manager to Senior Internal Auditor, as well as positions at Sears Canada Inc. and Baxter in various analytical and financial capacities. Aishling began a professional journey in finance and auditing with earlier experiences at Scotiabank and Ontario Power Generation. Aishling holds a Master’s in Business Administration and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University.
