Kenneth Ceaser is the Vice President of Talent & Culture for Mothers Against Drunk Driving. In his role, Kenneth leads the development and execution of people strategy to support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. He closely oversees recruitment, compensation & benefits, diversity, talent management, employee relations, and culture. Kenneth’s diverse professional background spans more than two decades of experience in human resources strategy, talent management, leadership development, organizational design, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
Prior to his role at MADD, he has held various HR leadership positions for companies such as Boy Scouts of America, Walgreens, AmerisourceBergen, and Boeing. Kenneth is passionate about serving others and believes his skills will contribute to the overall mission and community impact. He serves on the Project Transformation board which is a nonprofit on a mission to transform communities by engaging children and college-age young adults in purposeful relationships.
Kenneth served 24 years in the U.S. Air Force with a focus on Human Resource Management and Advanced Leadership Studies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Business Management and an Executive Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his wife Kristen, and three kids, Brooklyn, Natasha, and Nicolas.
