Michael Lappin has held various positions in the retail and merchandising industry, starting their career in the United States Air Force as an Emergency Medical Technician. Michael then went on to work for companies like The Fresh Market, LFS Touring, Earth Fare, and now is currently serving as the Vice President Of Merchandising at Mother's Market & Kitchen. Throughout their career, Michael has held roles such as Director of Planning and Store Development, Assistant Produce Manager, Merchandiser, and Director of Produce. Their experience spans from managing perishable foods to overseeing store development and procurement.
