Renzo Gavilanez

Renzo Gavilanez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and general management within the microscopy and technology sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Motic Microscopes since September 2023, Gavilanez oversees the entire North American operation, focusing on finance, HR, operations, sales, and marketing. Previously, as Director of Sales at Motic Instruments USA, Inc., from April 2020 to August 2023, Gavilanez led internal sales operations and achieved significant revenue targets. Gavilanez's earlier role as General Sales Manager at Motic saw the development of a major dealer network across Latin America and Canada. Gavilanez also has a background in account management from time spent at IBM, where responsibilities included managing key bank accounts in Latin America.
