Przemyslaw MacIolek

Przemek Maciolek is a seasoned engineer and leader with extensive experience in data analytics and software development. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Motif Analytics since July 2022, Przemek focuses on innovative growth analytics solutions. Previously, Przemek held the role of Principal Engineer at Sumo Logic, where contributions included integrating tracing capabilities and promoting OpenTelemetry. As VP of R&D at both LogSenseApp and Collective Sense, Przemek led software engineering and architecture efforts to enhance observability in cloud monitoring solutions. Przemek also co-founded Luminis Research, developing pioneering big data products, and has a robust background in consultancy for various sectors, including oil and gas. Academic credentials include a PhD and MSc in Computer Science from AGH University of Krakow.
