Sam Burgess is a culinary professional with extensive experience in various food-related roles. Currently serving as Founder and Creative Director at Food & Company, Sam specializes in recipe development and consulting for food brands. Additional positions include Business Development and Partnerships at Bootstrap Compost, Inc., and VP of Culinary & Outreach at Forge to Table Knives, where emphasis is placed on quality kitchen tools.
