Ben Milligan

Ben Milligan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and business consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Relationship Management Consultant at Motii since March 2023, Ben focuses on enhancing sales performance for clients across the APAC region. Previously, Ben held the position of Customer Support and Success Manager at Arosoftware Pty Ltd, leading a team to provide exceptional customer experiences for over 500 accounts. As a co-founder and business owner of UnhustleBiz, Ben advised SMEs on various strategic and technical matters. Additional roles include Project Lead for Business Automation and Process at The Colin James Method, Community Manager at Amplified Living, and various management positions in prior companies including Staples Australia and Ingram Micro. Ben holds a Diploma of Business in Frontline Management from RMIT University.
