Michelle Watson

Michelle Watson is an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager currently at Motion since December 2022, where efforts have focused on enhancing EBITDA growth and efficiency across Canada by developing financial processes and analytics. Prior to Motion, Michelle served at SCIEX for over a decade, driving significant revenue growth and managing financial strategies while holding various roles, including Senior Analyst and Portfolio & Finance Specialist. Previous experience includes project accounting at Systematix and research assistance at Ontario Tech University. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Ontario Tech University and has completed certificates in Negotiation Mastery and the CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online, along with pursuing the CMA designation through the Institute of Management Accountants.
