Sébastien Dubois

Sébastien Dubois has extensive work experience in project management and engineering roles. Sébastien is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at Motion Composites, where they are responsible for understanding project expectations and ensuring successful project delivery. Prior to this, Sébastien worked at Bauer Hockey, Inc. for over two decades, holding various roles such as Senior Project Manager, Product Engineer, and Quality Control Manager & Project Engineer. At Bauer Hockey, they managed skate development cycles, collaborated with international development teams and vendors, and supervised quality control operations. Before joining Bauer Hockey, Sébastien worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Mindready Solutions Inc., where they designed mechanical components for Nortel Networks. Sébastien also had a brief stint at Beltron as a Mechanical Engineer. Throughout their career, Sébastien has demonstrated strong leadership, collaboration, and technical skills in managing projects, working with international teams, and ensuring product quality.

Sébastien Dubois attended Polytechnique Montréal from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a Baccalauréat degree in Aeronautics.
