Hunter Paletsas

Hunter Paletsas has an extensive work experience in various finance roles. Hunter currently holds the position of Global Chief Financial Officer at the Motion Picture Association, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Motion Picture Laboratories, Inc. (MovieLabs) from December 2023. Additionally, they are a board member for the Copyright Collective of Canada, starting in February 2024. Before these roles, they were the Chief Financial Officer at GoDigital Media Group from 2017 to July 2023, and also served as a board member for NGL Collective from July 2022 to June 2023 and Sound Royalties from 2021 to June 2023. Hunter started their career at Deloitte as a Manager from 2012 to 2017 and worked as a Controller at GoDigital Media Group from 2009 to 2012.

Hunter Paletsas holds a B.A. degree in Business Economics from UCLA. Additionally, they pursued minors in Classical Civilizations and Central Eastern European Studies. Hunter also holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the AICPA and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
