James Ong, MBA, CPA, is a seasoned professional in mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and investment management. Currently serving as the Head of M&A and Strategy at TPC since June 2020, James oversees all aspects of M&A, including opportunity identification, financial modeling, and post-deal integration, while also managing the group's real estate portfolio. Additionally, James is an Investment Committee Member at IMC Ventures, focusing on sustainable investments and operational synergies, and holds leadership roles in various organizations, including the Board of Management for SPD and Advisory Committee Member at Motion Ventures. Previously, James has held significant positions such as Chief Investment Officer at YCH Group and Independent Director at Biolidics Limited, demonstrating a robust expertise in corporate finance and strategic investment across multiple sectors.
