Boaz Floor

Boaz Floor has an extensive work experience history. In 2013, they worked as an Intern at Eltacon Engineering. From 2013 to 2016, they served as an Instructor for an introductory percussion course at Concordia. In 2013, Boaz also became a Workshop Coach at Twiks Media. Boaz then joined TU Delft in 2015, where they worked as a Student Mentor until 2017. Additionally, during this time, they served as a Student Assistant for the Mechatronics project course. In 2018, Boaz worked as a Researcher at Technische Universiteit Delft and as a Teaching Assistant for the Robot Motion Planning and Control course. In 2019, they worked as an Autonomous Vehicle Intern at nuTonomy and as a Research Engineer. Boaz continued their research work as a Research Engineer at Motional in 2020. Boaz quickly progressed through the ranks at Motional, becoming a Senior Research Engineer later that year and eventually achieving the role of Principal Engineer Team Lead in 2023.

Boaz Floor received their VWO education from De Goudse Waarden from 2006 to 2012. Boaz then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Werktuigbouwkunde from Delft University of Technology, completing it in 2015. After that, they went on to earn a Master of Science degree with a double degree in Systems & Control and Embedded Systems from Delft University of Technology, which they completed in 2018. In 2014 and 2017, Boaz also obtained certifications in Men's Artistic Gymnastics judging and level 4 gymnastics judging, respectively.
