Jennifer Boucicaut

Jennifer Boucicaut has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as an HR Analyst at Lehman Brothers, where they administered the employee Private Equity Partnership Program. Jennifer then moved on to Barclays Capital as an HR Analyst before joining EmblemHealth as an HRIS Business Systems Analyst, providing support for various HR information systems. Jennifer later served as a Senior HR Business Partner and HRIS Manager at JCCA, leading HR system implementations and overseeing data integrity. Jennifer then held roles at Aurify Brands and Blue Apron, focusing on people systems and HR operations. Currently, they are the Director of Global HR Operations at Motional.
