Principal Engineer - Vehicle R&d Prototype Manufacturing - Team Lead at Motional

Len Kulbacki has a strong background in electrical engineering and vehicle manufacturing. Len currently works at Motional as a Principal Engineer leading the Vehicle R&D Prototype Manufacturing team. Len Kulbacki attended Penn State University from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Electromechanical Technology/Electromechanical Engineering Technology. Len then completed an Associate of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Penn Foster Group, from 2019 to 2020. In 1992, they enrolled at the University of Pittsburgh to study Psychology, graduating in 1997.

Len Kulbacki also obtained several certifications, including AutoCAD 2013 from Penn Foster, Solidworks Electrical 2018 from TriMech, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) from IPC. Len also holds the NFPA 70E: Standard For Electrical Certification In The Workplace certification from Steel City Safety. Len has additional certifications in CAD 315 Solidworks Electrical Routing and ISO 26262 Functional Safety, although the dates of acquisition are not specified.
